NOTES: * The Norris No. 30 chariot plane becomes the Norris No. 28 chariot plane.

As a designated model number, the Norris No. 28 had been dropped from the Norris range before 1928. However, it was “reborn” and re-numbered as the Norris No. 28 and appeared in the lineup for the 1928 catalogue.

Norris chariot planes are handy little workhorses, much in the same way as a small block plane. They can be used for very fine work and even for end-grain use on smaller pieces.
