NOTES: The Norris No. 15 smoothing plane is essentially a closed-handled version of the No. 14. The handled version was not offered in the 1908 price list as the No. 15 shown in the list is actually an ebony infilled gunmetal version of the Norris No. 14.

Examples may have "MALLEABLE", "ANNEALED" or "PATENT METAL" stamped on the toe, depending on the era in which the particular plane was manufactured.
